The steep overgrown bank that dominated this garden and overshadowed the rear of the house is now a distant memory amongst the buzz of bees and riot of planting colour. The warm tones of the curving drystone walls and light, bright limestone terrace enhance the existing house and garden, almost like they’ve been there all along. The deep sandstone copes along the top of the lower wall create space to perch with a G&T, whilst weathered steel boxes underneath provide storage pockets, ideal for firewood.
